Derek Hatcher brings over a decade of comprehensive experience within the dental industry. Having been immersed in the field from a young age, he gained foundational knowledge in a family-run laboratory as a third-generation technician. This background equips him with a unique understanding of the pressures and demands faced by professionals in both laboratory and clinical settings.
Throughout his career, Derek has worked with a diverse range of environments, including production-oriented laboratories and smaller, family-operated dental studios. He has collaborated with dentists who utilize both in-house milling and printing capabilities as well as those adhering to traditional workflows. Derek's breadth of experience allows him to offer valuable insights and solutions tailored to the specific needs of dental professionals.
My Approach
What began as a passion project as I pursued a professional soccer career; that resulted in playing professionally in Europe, USA, and Latin America. All while providing quality designs to labs and practices, has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
